Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Hart Ventures LLC ("we," "us"), which operates The Undoctored Soul at theundoctoredsoul.com. They apply to your purchase when you accept them at checkout by ticking the agreement box. They also apply to your use of the site and your portal.

Who can use the site

You must be 18 or older to buy a Blueprint or create an account. Children may not create an account, use the portal, or submit information through the site.

If you enter another person's information, such as a partner's or a child's, you confirm that you are legally allowed to provide it for this purpose, and to let us and the service providers named in our Privacy Policy process it to create and deliver your Blueprint. Only enter a child's information if you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise legally authorized, and the report is for your own family's personal use.

What a Blueprint is, and how it is made

A Blueprint is a personalized written report. Your charts are calculated by formula from the birth details you enter, with no AI involved. The written interpretation is then created automatically with an AI system from those calculated results, following our own templates and instructions. No person reviews each report before delivery. The calculations are only as accurate as the birth details you provide. AI-written text can contain errors, inconsistencies or general statements, and two reports may contain similar wording.

Blueprints draw on Human Design, Western and Magi astrology, and related frameworks. These are tools for personal reflection and spiritual growth. They are not scientifically established, and a Blueprint does not diagnose, predict or guarantee anything about your health, relationships or future. Please read our Disclaimer.

Not medical or professional advice

Nothing on the site or in a Blueprint is medical, mental health, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace a licensed professional. Do not start, stop or change any treatment or medication based on a Blueprint. This is not a crisis service.

Ordering, price and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to collect. Payment is processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms. Your Blueprint is generated after your payment is confirmed, usually within minutes, and saved to your private portal. If it has not appeared within 24 hours, contact us and we will deliver it or refund you as our Refund Policy describes. Please check your birth details before you pay; your chart is built from them.

We may cancel an order that appears fraudulent, unlawful or abusive, or that we cannot fulfill for technical reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Refunds

Refunds and corrections are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: if something goes wrong on our side, we fix it, and if we cannot, we refund you. A wrong birth detail you entered can be corrected once, free, within 7 days. A correctly delivered Blueprint is not refunded because of a change of mind.

Your account and portal

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email account secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Your Blueprints stay in your portal while your account is in use. Accounts unused for 3 years are deleted after we email you a warning, so please save a copy of anything you want to keep. You can delete your reports and charts at any time.

Our materials and your Blueprint

The site and our original templates, instructions, explanatory text, design, branding, graphics, software, and the selection and arrangement of report content ("our materials") belong to Hart Ventures LLC or its licensors. We do not claim ownership of Human Design, astrology, chart facts, or methods, or of third-party names and systems. AI-generated text may not be protected by copyright.

When you have paid, we give you a permanent, personal license to keep, print and share your Blueprint for your own non-commercial use. You may not sell it, present our materials as your own work, use our materials to produce paid reports for clients, copy the site to build a competing service, or remove notices from a report.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to submit information you are not allowed to share. Do not try to access other people's accounts or reports, test or interfere with the site's security, scrape the site, reverse engineer it, share your sign-in, or use automated tools to generate reports. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. If a paid order is affected and not yet delivered, we refund it.

Disclaimers

Except for the promises made in these terms, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the site and Blueprints are provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that any interpretation will be accurate, complete or unique.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the site or a Blueprint, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence; to our duties to deliver, correct or refund under these terms; to our duties to protect your information; to personal injury where the law does not allow liability to be limited; or to any statutory right, remedy or attorney's fee award that the law does not allow to be waived or limited. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, so they apply to you only as far as the law where you live permits.

Resolving a problem

If you have a concern, email us first. Before either of us starts a legal claim, the person with the concern will send a written description of it and what they are asking for, and we will both try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Any other court case will be brought in the state or federal courts in New Mexico, except where the law gives you a right to bring it where you live. Nothing here stops either of us from seeking urgent relief from a court or contacting a government agency.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not take away any consumer protection that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply going forward only. The terms you accepted at checkout govern that purchase. If we make a change that materially affects your existing account, we will tell you before it applies.

General

These terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between us about your purchase. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we do not give it up. We may transfer these terms to a business that takes over the site, with notice to you. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at our service providers.
