The Undoctored Soul is operated by Hart Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use theundoctoredsoul.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you buy a Blueprint, sign in to your portal, or join our mailing list.
- Birth details you enter: names, dates, times and places of birth, for yourself and for anyone else you include, such as a partner or child. These are needed to calculate the charts your report is built on.
- Your reports and saved charts, stored in your private portal so you can return to them.
- Payment confirmation from PayPal: the order number, amount and the email on the payment. PayPal handles your card or bank details. We never see or store them.
- Basic technical information our hosting providers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit.
How we use it
- To calculate your charts and write your Blueprint.
- To confirm your payment and deliver your report to your portal.
- To send sign-in links and messages about your order.
- To send our newsletter, only if you sign up for it. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
- To answer you when you contact us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each receives only what it needs:
- An AI service writes the text of your report from the names, birth details and calculated chart data it needs. Our AI provider's commercial terms do not allow it to use your information to train its AI models.
- A secure database provider stores your account, saved charts and reports.
- A payment processor handles payments.
- Website and server hosting runs the site and the chart engine.
- An email delivery service sends sign-in links and order emails.
- A newsletter service manages the mailing list, if you join it.
- A mapping service finds your birth city and its coordinates from the text you type in the city box.
- A font service supplies the typefaces on the site, which shares your IP address with that service when a page loads.
Children's information
Our site, accounts and purchases are for adults 18 or older. Children may not create an account, use the portal, submit information through our forms, or contact us to request a report.
An adult may buy a Family Blueprint that includes a child. When you enter a child's information, you confirm at checkout that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise legally authorized to provide it. We ask only for what the chart needs: a first name or nickname, and the date, time and place of birth. We use it only to create, deliver, store and, when you ask, delete the report, and we share it only with the service providers listed above.
The adult account holder can ask to see, correct or delete anything entered about a child. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If we learn that we collected information directly from a child under 13, we will delete it.
Storage on your device
The site stores a few items in your browser so it works: your sign-in session, and a copy of a report or free chart while it is being saved to your account. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout.
How long we keep it
Your account, charts and reports stay in your portal while your account is in use. If an account is not used for 3 years, we email you a warning and then delete it, including any birth details entered about other people. You can delete a report or chart yourself at any time, or ask us to delete your whole account. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including your reports and the birth details of anyone you entered. Email support@theundoctoredsoul.com from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. When we delete your information, we remove it from our database and our mailing list. Copies held by our service providers, such as backups, system logs and our AI provider's short-term records, are deleted on their own schedules; our AI provider deletes its copies automatically, normally within 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Security
Your portal is protected by sign-in links sent to your email, and data is sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep access to your email account safe.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
