Refund Policy

Each Blueprint is personalized and generated from the details you submit for that order, as soon as your payment is confirmed. Please review your details carefully before you pay. This policy explains what we do when something goes wrong.

If your Blueprint is not delivered

If you paid but your Blueprint was not generated, or did not appear in your portal, contact us. We will first try to make it available. If we cannot do that within 7 days of hearing from you, we refund the full amount.

If there is a problem with the report

If your report will not open, is broken or materially incomplete, was calculated wrongly because of an error on our side, belongs to someone else, or is materially different from the report described before purchase, contact us. We will correct or regenerate it at no charge. If we cannot fix it within 7 days, we refund the full amount. A duplicate charge for the same order is refunded straight away.

If a birth detail you entered was wrong

You are responsible for checking the details shown before you pay, because your chart is built from them. A report made from details you entered wrongly is not refunded for that reason alone. But if you tell us within 7 days of delivery, we will regenerate it once, free, with the corrected details, for the same person and the same report type.

Change of mind

Once your Blueprint has been generated and made available in your portal, it is not refunded because you no longer want it, disagree with an interpretation, or expected something different, as long as it was delivered and matches what was described before purchase.

How to ask, and timing

Email support@theundoctoredsoul.com from the email address you used at checkout, with your PayPal transaction number and what went wrong. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase so we can look into it promptly. This does not shorten any longer period you have under the law, PayPal's policies, or your card issuer's rules.

If a refund is approved, we start it through PayPal, to your original payment method, within 2 business days. PayPal or your bank usually completes it within 5 business days, but some payment methods can take up to 30 days.

Your other rights

Nothing in this policy removes a right that the law does not allow to be waived. If you live somewhere that gives a cancellation right for digital content, you keep it unless you asked for your report to be created immediately and acknowledged at checkout that you would lose it once creation began. This policy also does not limit your rights under PayPal's buyer protection or your card issuer's rules.
